Position: Customer Service (Onsite Printer Support Specialist)
Location: Medford, MA

As an customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing customer service and providing copy/printing support at a local university campus. This is a part-time position. The hours are M-F 8am - noon with some flexibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Run print jobs for customers as requested
Load paper into machines
Spot check for cleanliness and supplies
Replace toner and perform minor preventative maintenance
Fix minor paper jams
Request service calls when necessary
Collect meter reads and maintain spreadsheet
High school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years' experience using office equipment. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, have good customer service skills and be able to meet required deadlines.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
