Position: Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, 29 hours per week)

Department: Printer / Copier Supplies

Location: Nashua, NH

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, part-time customer service individual to work in our fast-paced Supply Fulfillment Department. This position has a variety of responsibilities to include:

  • Processing all supply orders via phone and email
  • Professionally responding to inquiries within 2 hours
  • Data entry into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction relating to crediting, shipping, and tracking orders
  • Fulfilling automatic toner according to standard process
  • Liaison between departments to ensure consistency

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • The ability to handle a high volume of phone calls with efficiency and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfort of navigating dual monitors and multi-programs at once
  • Strict attention to detail and prioritization

High school diploma or equivalent required as well as 2-3 years of customer service experience. Must be able to sit for long periods of time, and wear headset for long intervals.

Additional work hours (above the 29 hours per week) may occasionally be requested to accommodate business needs.
